(Our Play on Chili Paneer)
Ingredients: 400g Paneer (cubed), 1 Green bell pepper, 1 Red onion (petals), 3 Green chilies (slit), 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp Sriracha, 1 tbsp Tomato purée...
Ingredients
- 400g Paneer (cubed)
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 1 Red onion (petals)
- 3 Green chilies (slit)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Tomato purée
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Stir-fry paneer and veg petals on high heat until the edges start to blister and blacken slightly.
- The Bloom Add spices, soy sauce, and a tiny 20ml splash of water to form a dark red paste.
- The Marriage Toss vigorously for 3 minutes until every cube is stained dark red and glistening.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a sprinkle of fresh spring onions and chili flakes.
