THE FIRE-STUNG WHITE-PULSE
(Our Play on Spanish White Beans with Chili & Garlic)
Ingredients: 400g Cannellini beans (canned/rinsed), 2 tsp Chili flakes, 4 cloves Garlic (minced), 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Black pepper, 50ml Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp Tomato purée...

- 400g Cannellini beans (canned/rinsed)
- 2 tsp Chili flakes
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 50ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato purée
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté the garlic in oil until it is deep golden and smells like a biscuit.
- The Bloom Add chili, paprika, tomato purée, and a 25ml splash of stock to form a dark, smoky fire-paste.
- The Marriage Add the beans; toss on high heat for 5 minutes until they are melting and coated in the spicy silk.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a heavy drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil and fresh parsley.
