- 2 Roasted Red Peppers (minced)
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic (pureed)
- 60ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk garlic, spices, and lemon juice with a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to wake the allicin.
- The Silk Merge Mash the feta with a fork; fold in the roasted peppers and spiced juice.
- The Marriage Slowly drizzle in olive oil while mashing until it forms a chunky, fiery orange silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh oregano and serve with charred flatbread.
