THE FIRE-STUNG PULSE-SOUP
(Our Play on Spicy Tomato and White Bean Soup)

Ingredients
- 400g Cannellini beans (canned/rinsed)
- 400g Tomato passata
- 2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 small onion (pureed)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
Cooking Method
- The Architect Fry onion puree in oil until it is a sweet, golden jam.
- The Bloom Add garlic and spices with a 30ml splash of stock to release the fiery perfume.
- The Swell Pour in passata and 200ml stock; simmer for 8 minutes until thickened.
- The Marriage Add the beans; simmer for 5 minutes until they are meltingly soft and red.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
