- 250g Dried Green Lentils
- 1 Large red onion (diced)
- 1 Carrot (minced)
- 2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 400g Tomato passata
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onions and carrots in oil until soft and sweet.
- The Bloom Add spices and oregano with a 30ml splash of stock to release the fiery oils.
- The Swell Add lentils, passata, and 500ml stock; simmer for 20 minutes until soft.
- The Marriage Stir in the vinegar at the end to lift the earthy flavors.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw extra virgin olive oil.
