Ingredients: 500g Fresh Gnocchi (store-bought), 2 tsp Chili flakes, 3 cloves Garlic (sliced), 200g Tomato passata, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 Red onion (finely diced)...

- 500g Fresh Gnocchi (store-bought)
- 2 tsp Chili flakes
- 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 200g Tomato passata
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry the gnocchi in a pan with olive oil until the edges are golden and crispy.
- The Architect Add the onions and garlic; sauté until golden brown.
- The Bloom Add chili flakes and a 25ml splash of water to form a spicy red steam.
- The Marriage Add the passata and honey; toss until the gnocchi are lacquered in the fire.
- The Final Flourish Top with fresh basil and a dollop of ricotta cheese.
