- 100g Tomato passata
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 small red onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Ciabatta rolls
- 50g Manchego (grated)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry onion slices in a pan until charred and sweet; push to the side.
- The Architect Add garlic and sauté until it turns a pale biscuit gold.
- The Bloom Add paprika and a 20ml splash of sherry to release the smoky oils.
- The Swell Add passata and meatballs; simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce is a thick lacquer.
- The Marriage Stuff into sliced ciabatta with cheese; grill until the cheese is bubbling and charred.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and a drizzle of raw olive oil.
