Ingredients
- 400g Sweetcorn (pulsed to a pulp)
- 100g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 Spring onions (minced)
- 100g Feta (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp Oil for frying
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk the egg with spices and a tiny 10ml splash of water to bloom the chili.
- The Build Combine corn pulp, flour, onions, cheese, and the spiced egg into a thick batter.
- The Scorch Drop spoonfuls into a hot oiled pan; fry for 3 minutes per side until charred gold.
- The Final Flourish Top with a dollop of raw sour cream and a squeeze of lime.
