Ingredients: 400g Beef sirloin (thin strips), 2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Gochujang, 1 Red onion (sliced), 2 cloves Garlic (minced), 8 Small flour tortillas, 100g Kimchi (chopped)...

Ingredients

  • 400g Beef sirloin (thin strips)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 Red onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 8 Small flour tortillas
  • 100g Kimchi (chopped)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry beef and onions in a hot pan until charred and the edges of the beef are crispy.
  2. The Bloom Add the fire silk ingredients and a 20ml splash of water; boil until it forms a thick red lacquer.
  3. The Marriage Toss for 2 minutes until the meat is sticky and stained dark red.
  4. The Assembly Char the tortillas over an open flame; fill with the beef and chopped kimchi.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw coriander and a squeeze of lime.
