- 4 Eggs (whisked)
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
- 2 Green chilies
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Butter
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onions and chilies in butter until soft and golden brown.
- The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 10ml splash of water to release the oils without burning.
- The Scramble Pour in the eggs; scramble on high heat for 2 minutes until cooked but still moist.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with a handful of fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.
