Ingredients: 4 Eggs (whisked), 1 Red onion (finely diced), 2 Green chilies, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Butter...

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs (whisked)
  • 1 Red onion (finely diced)
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Butter

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Sauté onions and chilies in butter until soft and golden brown.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 10ml splash of water to release the oils without burning.
  3. The Scramble Pour in the eggs; scramble on high heat for 2 minutes until cooked but still moist.
  4. The Final Flourish Garnish with a handful of fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.
