THE FIRE-REEF RINGS
(Our Play on Korean Spicy Squid / Ojingeo Bokkeum)

- 400g Squid rings
- 2 Green chilies
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Red onion (petals)
- 1 Carrot (slices)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry onion and carrot in oil on high heat until charred; remove.
- The Bloom Whisk the fire silk ingredients with a 30ml splash of water; boil until bubbling.
- The Marriage Add the squid rings and veg; stir-fry on max heat for 3 minutes until squid is pink and sauce is sticky.
- The Finish Add a final drizzle of sesame oil and sesame seeds.
