Ingredients: 400g King prawns, 1 tbsp Smoked paprika, 4 cloves Garlic (sliced), 200g Tomato passata, 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 1 tsp Sugar...

Ingredients

  • 400g King prawns
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves Garlic (sliced)
  • 200g Tomato passata
  • 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns in oil for 2 minutes until pink and charred; remove.
  2. The Architect In the same pan, sauté garlic until golden brown.
  3. The Bloom Add paprika, oregano, and sugar with a 30ml splash of water to form a dark fire-paste.
  4. The Marriage Add passata and vinegar; toss the prawns back in for 1 minute until lacquered.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with massive amounts of raw fresh parsley and lemon.
