(Our Play on Spanish Spicy Prawns in Tomato)

Ingredients
- 400g King prawns
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 4 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 200g Tomato passata
- 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Sugar
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns in oil for 2 minutes until pink and charred; remove.
- The Architect In the same pan, sauté garlic until golden brown.
- The Bloom Add paprika, oregano, and sugar with a 30ml splash of water to form a dark fire-paste.
- The Marriage Add passata and vinegar; toss the prawns back in for 1 minute until lacquered.
- The Final Flourish Top with massive amounts of raw fresh parsley and lemon.
