- 400g King prawns
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 1 Red onion (minced)
- 1 Mango (diced)
- 1 Avocado (diced)
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns in 1 tbsp oil until pink and charred.
- The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 10ml splash of lime juice to the pan to lacquer the prawns.
- The Marriage Whisk remaining lime juice and honey in a bowl; toss with mango, avocado, and onion.
- The Assembly Add the hot fire-prawns to the cold fruit bowl.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw fresh coriander matchsticks.
