Ingredients: 200ml Vegetable oil, 50g Peanuts, 20g Sesame seeds, 50g Dried Chili Flakes, 4 cloves Garlic (sliced), 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar...

Ingredients

  • 200ml Vegetable oil
  • 50g Peanuts
  • 20g Sesame seeds
  • 50g Dried Chili Flakes
  • 4 cloves Garlic (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Heat oil in a pan; fry the garlic and peanuts until deep golden and crunchy; remove from heat.
  2. The Bloom Add the chili flakes and sesame seeds to the hot oil; the residual heat will bloom the spice without burning.
  3. The Marriage Add salt, sugar, and vinegar; the acid will pop the oil bubbles.
  4. The Finish Let cool; the oil will turn a deep, dangerous crimson. Use as a raw spicy hit for everything.
