Ingredients: 1kg Chicken wings, 2 tbsp Piri-Piri paste, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onion powder, 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Lemon juice, 3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black pepper...
Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Piri-Piri paste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Roast wings at 220°C for 15 minutes until the skin is rock-hard and charred.
- The Bloom Whisk oil, honey, lemon juice, and spices in a large bowl; add a tiny 10ml splash of water to release the zest oils.
- The Marriage Toss the hot crispy wings in the fire-silk until every surface is sticky and glowing.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and extra piri-piri flakes for those who want the sting.
