Ingredients: 1kg Chicken wings, 2 tbsp Piri-Piri paste, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onion powder, 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Lemon juice, 3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black pepper...

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Piri-Piri paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Roast wings at 220°C for 15 minutes until the skin is rock-hard and charred.
  2. The Bloom Whisk oil, honey, lemon juice, and spices in a large bowl; add a tiny 10ml splash of water to release the zest oils.
  3. The Marriage Toss the hot crispy wings in the fire-silk until every surface is sticky and glowing.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and extra piri-piri flakes for those who want the sting.
