- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk fire silk and architect ingredients with a tiny 10ml splash of water; rub onto salmon.
- The Scorch Paint the salmon heavily with the mix; roast at 200°C for 12 minutes until the top is charred and bubbling.
- The Marriage The honey and vinegar will form a thick, smoky red lacquer on the fish.
- The Final Flourish Top with fresh raw mint matchsticks and a hit of lime.
