THE FIRE-GRILLED SOY BATONS

Ingredients: 400g Soya Chaap (soy protein batons), 100g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala...

- 400g Soya Chaap (soy protein batons)
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
Cooking Method
- The Coat Rub the marinade and spices into the soy batons until fully covered.
- The Rest Chill for 30 minutes to ensure the spices penetrate the soy layers.
- The Scorch Grill or sear on high heat until the batons are charred and the marinade is smoky.
- The Finish Serve with a final drizzle of butter and fresh coriander.
