THE FIRE-GRILLED SOY BATONS

Ingredients: 400g Soya Chaap (soy protein batons), 100g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala...

  • 400g Soya Chaap (soy protein batons)
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Rub the marinade and spices into the soy batons until fully covered.
  2. The Rest Chill for 30 minutes to ensure the spices penetrate the soy layers.
  3. The Scorch Grill or sear on high heat until the batons are charred and the marinade is smoky.
  4. The Finish Serve with a final drizzle of butter and fresh coriander.
