THE FIRE-CHARRED FLOWER FOLD
(Our Play on Spiced Cauliflower Tacos)
Ingredients: 1 Cauliflower (tiny florets), 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Cumin, 3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 Lime (juiced), 1 Red onion (pickled)...

- 1 Cauliflower (tiny florets)
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1 Red onion (pickled)
Cooking Method
- The Mix Toss florets with oil and spices in a large bowl.
- The Bloom Add a 15ml splash of water to the bowl; the moisture will help the spices stain the florets.
- The Scorch Roast at 210°C for 20 minutes until blackened and charred.
- The Marriage Whisk lime juice and honey; toss with the hot cauliflower.
- The Final Flourish Serve in warm tortillas with raw pickled onions and avocado.
