Ingredients
- 200g Sweetcorn (boiled)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sauté corn in butter on high heat until the kernels start to char slightly.
- The Bloom Add spices and a tiny splash of water to form a sticky, red glaze.
- The Final Flourish Finish with plenty of fresh coriander and a hit of lime.
