Ingredients: 200g Sweetcorn (boiled), 1 tbsp Butter, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Chaat Masala, 0.5 tsp Chili powder...

Ingredients

  • 200g Sweetcorn (boiled)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Sauté corn in butter on high heat until the kernels start to char slightly.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and a tiny splash of water to form a sticky, red glaze.
  3. The Final Flourish Finish with plenty of fresh coriander and a hit of lime.
