(Our Play on Spicy Roasted Spanish Peppers)

- 3 Large Bell peppers (sliced into thick strips)
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Red onion (petals)

- 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry peppers and onions in oil until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Bloom Add paprika and garlic powder with a tiny 15ml splash of water; this ensures the spices grip the slippery peppers.
- The Marriage Toss in the honey and vinegar; stir for 1 minute until sticky and glossy.
- The Final Flourish Serve at room temperature with raw fresh thyme and a dusting of sea salt.
