Ingredients: 3 Large Bell peppers (sliced into thick strips), 1 tsp Chili flakes, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 Red onion (petals), 3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze, 1 tsp Honey...

  • 3 Large Bell peppers (sliced into thick strips)
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Red onion (petals)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch High-heat stir-fry peppers and onions in oil until the edges are blackened and charred.
  2. The Bloom Add chili and garlic powder with a tiny 15ml splash of water; this ensures the spices grip the slippery peppers.
  3. The Marriage Toss in the honey and balsamic glaze; stir for 1 minute until sticky.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve at room temperature with raw fresh thyme and a dusting of sea salt.
