Ingredients

  • 200g Feta cheese (whole block)
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 Green chili (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Place feta in a foil packet; top with tomato and chili slices.
  2. The Bloom Whisk oil and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of water; pour over the cheese.
  3. The Scorch Close packet; bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until the feta is soft and edges are charred.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve immediately with raw charred bread for dipping.
