Ingredients
- 200g Feta cheese (whole block)
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 1 Green chili (sliced)
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Build Place feta in a foil packet; top with tomato and chili slices.
- The Bloom Whisk oil and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of water; pour over the cheese.
- The Scorch Close packet; bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until the feta is soft and edges are charred.
- The Final Flourish Serve immediately with raw charred bread for dipping.
