- 500g Chicken breast (chunks)
- 100g Fresh Fenugreek leaves (chopped)
- 150ml Double cream
- 100ml Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp White pepper
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté pureed onions until the oil separates and they are pale golden.
- The Bloom Add spices and a splash of water to form a light, fragrant paste.
- The Simmer Add chicken and fenugreek; cook for 10 minutes.
- The Marriage Stir in cream and yogurt; simmer on low for 5 minutes until the sauce is velvety.
- The Finish Garnish with a final pinch of fresh fenugreek leaves.
