- 6 Eggs (whisked)
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50ml Milk

Cooking Method
- The Boil Blanch beans for 3 minutes; drain and shock.
- The Bloom Whisk milk and spices into the eggs; add a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to help the pepper bloom.
- The Scorch Melt butter in a wide pan; add beans and sauté until charred.
- The Marriage Pour in the spiced egg silk; cook on low heat for 5 minutes without stirring.
- The Char Place under a hot grill for 3 minutes until the top is a charred, puffed gold.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and extra white pepper.
