- 400g King prawns (cleaned)
- 2 tbsp Tom Yum paste
- 2 Green chilies (slit)
- 1 Red onion (petals)
- 1 Lemongrass stalk (minced)
- Fresh Basil
- Lime zest
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry lemongrass, onion, and chilies in oil until the edges are charred.
- The Bloom Add the Tom Yum paste and a 20ml splash of water; fry until the oil turns red and fragrant.
- The Marriage Toss in the prawns; stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes until pink and dry-coated.
- The Finish Top with fresh basil and lime zest for a sharp aromatic finish.
