Ingredients

  • 400g King prawns (cleaned)
  • 2 tbsp Tom Yum paste
  • 2 Green chilies (slit)
  • 1 Red onion (petals)
  • 1 Lemongrass stalk (minced)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Lime zest

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry lemongrass, onion, and chilies in oil until the edges are charred.
  2. The Bloom Add the Tom Yum paste and a 20ml splash of water; fry until the oil turns red and fragrant.
  3. The Marriage Toss in the prawns; stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes until pink and dry-coated.
  4. The Finish Top with fresh basil and lime zest for a sharp aromatic finish.
