- 1 tsp Cumin seeds (toasted)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Limes (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Dry-toast cumin seeds until dark and nutty; crush half.
- The Bloom Whisk lime juice and spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water; the acid will release the cumin oils.
- The Marriage Arrange tomato and onion; pour the spiced silk over them.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh coriander and a dusting of sea salt.
