Ingredients: 500g Potatoes (boiled and cubed), 2 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Ghee or Oil...

Ingredients

  • 500g Potatoes (boiled and cubed)
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ghee or Oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Temper Heat oil and sizzle cumin seeds until they are dark and fragrant.
  2. The Scorch Add potatoes and fry on high heat until the edges are golden and crispy.
  3. The Bloom Add turmeric and a 15ml splash of water to turn the oil into a yellow glaze.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive handful of fresh coriander and lemon juice.
