Ingredients
- 500g Potatoes (boiled and cubed)
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Ghee or Oil
Cooking Method
- The Temper Heat oil and sizzle cumin seeds until they are dark and fragrant.
- The Scorch Add potatoes and fry on high heat until the edges are golden and crispy.
- The Bloom Add turmeric and a 15ml splash of water to turn the oil into a yellow glaze.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive handful of fresh coriander and lemon juice.
