THE CUMIN MEAT-ORBS

Ingredients: 500g Beef mince, 2 Potatoes (wedges), 1 Onion (pureed), 2 cloves Garlic, 1 tbsp Cumin, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Black pepper, 300ml Tomato passata, 1 tbsp Honey...

Ingredients

  • 500g Beef mince
  • 2 Potatoes (wedges)
  • 1 Onion (pureed)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 300ml Tomato passata
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Knead meat, onion, and spices together.
  2. The Scorch Fry orbs and potato wedges in oil on high heat until charred and rock-hard; remove.
  3. The Bloom Add garlic and a 30ml splash of stock to the pan; the hiss will release the cumin perfume.
  4. The Swell Add passata and honey; return meat and potatoes. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and extra black pepper.
