- 4 Papadums (uncooked)
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
- 1 Tomato (finely diced)
- 1 Green chili
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- Fresh coriander
- 1 Lime (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Quickly fry or roast the papadums until they are pale golden and crispy.
- The Assembly Mix the diced onions, tomatoes, and chilies in a small bowl.
- The Season Toss the fresh mix with chaat masala and chili powder.
- The Marriage Spread the fresh mix evenly over the crispy papadums.
- The Final Flourish Drizzle with lime juice and coriander; serve immediately while still crunchy.
