THE CUMIN-CRUSTED SALMON
(Our Play on Tandoori Fish)
Ingredients: 2 Salmon fillets (approx. 300g total), 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, 50g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Cumin powder...
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets (approx. 300g total)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
Cooking Method
- The Coat Mix the marinade and spices; coat the salmon fillets and let rest for 10 minutes.
- The Scorch Heat 1 tbsp oil in a heavy pan until shimmering; add salmon skin-side down.
- The Sear Fry for 4 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for 3 more minutes.
- The Finish Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a cooling drizzle of mint yogurt.
