Ingredients: 600g Beef (cubed), 1 tsp Black pepper, 2 Red onions (sliced), 20g Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp Chili powder, 50g Coconut slices, 10 Curry leaves, 3 tbsp Coconut oil...

Ingredients

  • 600g Beef (cubed)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Red onions (sliced)
  • 20g Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 50g Coconut slices
  • 10 Curry leaves
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Boil Pressure cook or simmer beef with pepper and turmeric until tender; reserve the juices.
  2. The Scorch In a wide pan, fry coconut slices and curry leaves in coconut oil until brown and fragrant.
  3. The Architect Add onions and sauté until dark golden brown.
  4. The Bloom Stir in the spices and a splash of beef juice to form a dark, clinging paste.
  5. The Marriage Toss in the beef; stir-fry on high heat until the meat is dark, dry, and crusted in spices.
