Ingredients: 6 Bell Peppers (tops removed), 500g Beef mince, 100g Rice (uncooked), 1 tbsp Cumin, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Black pepper, 500ml Tomato passata, 200ml Beef stock, 1 tbsp Honey...

Ingredients

  • 6 Bell Peppers (tops removed)
  • 500g Beef mince
  • 100g Rice (uncooked)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 500ml Tomato passata
  • 200ml Beef stock
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Mix meat, rice, and spices; add a 10ml splash of stock to help the cumin bloom.
  2. The Marriage Stuff peppers; place in a pot with passata, remaining stock, and honey.
  3. The Swell Simmer covered for 40 minutes until rice is tender and peppers are lacquered.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh coriander matchsticks.
