Ingredients
- 400g Green beans (trimmed)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Fresh Lime
- Crumbled Feta
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry beans in oil on maximum heat until the skins are blistered and charred.
- The Architect Push beans to the side; sauté garlic and cumin until golden and nutty.
- The Bloom Add chili and salt with a tiny 15ml splash of water; the steam will cook the beans through and bloom the spice.
- The Marriage Toss everything for 1 minute until the spicy garlic-oil coats every bean.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of raw lime and feta crumbles.
