Ingredients: 400g Green beans (trimmed), 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 tsp Chili flakes, 1 tsp Salt, 3 cloves Garlic (sliced), 3 tbsp Olive oil, Fresh Lime, Crumbled Feta...

Ingredients

  • 400g Green beans (trimmed)
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fresh Lime
  • Crumbled Feta

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry beans in oil on maximum heat until the skins are blistered and charred.
  2. The Architect Push beans to the side; sauté garlic and cumin until golden and nutty.
  3. The Bloom Add chili and salt with a tiny 15ml splash of water; the steam will cook the beans through and bloom the spice.
  4. The Marriage Toss everything for 1 minute until the spicy garlic-oil coats every bean.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of raw lime and feta crumbles.
