Ingredients
- 300g Potatoes (boiled and cubed)
- 100g Peas
- 8 Samosa pastry sheets (store-bought)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Amchur
- 500ml Vegetable oil
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté finely diced onions until golden brown.
- The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 15ml splash of water to form a yellow, clinging paste.
- The Mix Toss in the potatoes and peas; cook for 3 minutes then let cool.
- The Fold Fold pastry into triangles, fill with the mix, and seal the edges with a flour-water paste.
- The Fry Deep fry at 180°C until dark golden and crispy.
