Ingredients: 400g Cooked Chicken (shredded), 1 tbsp Chipotle paste, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 100g Cream cheese, 100g Cheddar (grated), 4 Large flour tortillas, 30ml Melted butter...

Ingredients

  • 400g Cooked Chicken (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 100g Cheddar (grated)
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 30ml Melted butter

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk chipotle and spices with a tiny 15ml splash of warm water to soften the fire.
  2. The Marriage Mix the spiced paste with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and half the cheddar.
  3. The Build Roll the mixture into tortillas; brush the exterior heavily with melted butter.
  4. The Scorch Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until the wrap is rock-hard crispy and golden.
  5. The Final Flourish Serve with raw guacamole and a massive hit of salsa.
