THE CRUNCH-DISK REEF
(Our Play on Shrimp Tostadas)

- 4 Crispy Tostada shells
- 400g Prawns (cleaned)
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 100g Refried beans
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 Red onion (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns in oil for 2 minutes until pink and charred.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of lime juice; the steam will create a spicy lacquer on the reef.
- The Assembly Spread hot refried beans on the crunch disks; top with the spiced prawns.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a dollop of sour cream, raw onions, and fresh coriander.
