Ingredients
- 500g Chicken mince
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 50ml Chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Salsa
- 1 Red onion (minced)
- 100g Sweetcorn
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry chicken mince and onion on max heat until browned and crispy.
- The Bloom Add spices and corn with a 20ml splash of stock; the steam will release the spicy perfume.
- The Marriage Stir in the salsa; simmer for 2 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the meat is sticky.
- The Final Flourish Serve over raw shredded lettuce with crushed tortilla chips and a hit of lime.
