- 1 Red onion (diced)

- Fresh coriander
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry or roast the papadums until they are crispy and light gold.
- The Mix Combine the diced veg with spices and a squeeze of lime.
- The Assembly Spread the fresh mix evenly over the crunchy disks.
- The Final Flourish Serve immediately while still crunchy; the contrast of cold veg and hot disk is essential.
