  • 4 Papadums (fried or roasted)
  • 1 Red onion (diced)
  • 1 Tomato (diced)
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry or roast the papadums until they are crispy and light gold.
  2. The Mix Combine the diced veg with spices and a squeeze of lime.
  3. The Assembly Spread the fresh mix evenly over the crunchy disks.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve immediately while still crunchy; the contrast of cold veg and hot disk is essential.
