THE CRISPY GOLDEN DUMPLING

Ingredients
- 250g Pork mince
- 100g Cabbage (finely shredded)
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 12 Gyoza skins (store-bought)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100ml Water for steaming
Cooking Method
- The Build Mix mince and cabbage; place a teaspoon in each wrapper and fold into crescents.
- The Scorch Heat oil in a pan; fry dumplings for 2 minutes until the bottoms are dark golden brown.
- The Bloom Pour in the water and immediately cover with a lid; steam-cook for 5 minutes.
- The Finish Remove lid and fry for 1 more minute until the bottoms are crispy again.
