THE CRISPY FIRE-WINGS
(Our Play on Korean Fried Chicken Wings)

- 8 Chicken wings (halved)
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
Cooking Method
- The Coat Toss wings in cornflour until fully white; deep fry at 180°C until very crispy (about 12 mins).
- The Bloom In a small pan, boil the fire ingredients with a 30ml splash of water until it bubbles into a red lava.
- The Marriage Pour the hot sauce over the wings; toss until every wing is sticky and red.
- The Final Flourish Finish with black sesame seeds and fresh spring onions.
