Ingredients: 8 Chicken wings (halved), 4 tbsp Cornflour, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Gochujang, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste...

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken wings (halved)
  • 4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Toss wings in cornflour until fully white; deep fry at 180°C until very crispy (about 12 mins).
  2. The Bloom In a small pan, boil the fire ingredients with a 30ml splash of water until it bubbles into a red lava.
  3. The Marriage Pour the hot sauce over the wings; toss until every wing is sticky and red.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with black sesame seeds and fresh spring onions.
