Ingredients

  • 300g Paneer (cubed)
  • 150g Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
  • 500ml Vegetable oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Whisk flour and spices with a tiny splash of water into a thick, sticky batter.
  2. The Dip Dredge paneer cubes through the batter until fully encased.
  3. The Fry Drop into 180°C oil; fry for 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. The Final Flourish Dust with Chaat Masala and serve immediately with mint relish.
