- 300g Paneer (cubed)
- 150g Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
- 500ml Vegetable oil
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk flour and spices with a tiny splash of water into a thick, sticky batter.
- The Dip Dredge paneer cubes through the batter until fully encased.
- The Fry Drop into 180°C oil; fry for 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- The Final Flourish Dust with Chaat Masala and serve immediately with mint relish.
