(Our Play on Tuscan Kale Soup)

Ingredients
- 300g Cavolo Nero (Kale)
- 400g Cannellini beans
- 2 Red onions (diced)
- 1 Carrot (minced)
- 2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 400g Tomato passata
- 500ml Veg stock
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onions and carrots until soft; add garlic.
- The Bloom Add chili and paprika with a 30ml splash of stock to release the fiery oils.
- The Swell Add passata, remaining stock, and beans; simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- The Marriage Toss in the kale; simmer for 5 minutes until wilted into the crimson silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw extra virgin olive oil and parmesan.
