Ingredients
- 400g Paneer (cubed)
- 100ml Double cream
- 100ml Milk
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp White pepper
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté pureed onions until pale golden brown.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of water to form a fragrant, light paste.
- The Simmer Add milk and cream; bring to a gentle bubble.
- The Marriage Add paneer; simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce is velvety and coats the cubes.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with a drop of saffron water and fresh coriander.
