Ingredients: 400g Paneer (cubed), 100ml Double cream, 100ml Milk, 1 tsp Cardamom powder, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp White pepper...

Ingredients

  • 400g Paneer (cubed)
  • 100ml Double cream
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp White pepper

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Sauté pureed onions until pale golden brown.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of water to form a fragrant, light paste.
  3. The Simmer Add milk and cream; bring to a gentle bubble.
  4. The Marriage Add paneer; simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce is velvety and coats the cubes.
  5. The Final Flourish Garnish with a drop of saffron water and fresh coriander.
