- 100g Paneer (grated)
- 20g Cornflour

- 1 tsp Garam masala

- 50g Cashew paste
Cooking Method
- The Build Mix potato, paneer, and spices; shape into balls and fry until golden.
- The Architect Sauté finely diced onions until golden brown; do not rush this architect.
- The Bloom Add the spices and a splash of water to form a smooth, fragrant paste.
- The Simmer Add the passata and cashew paste; bubble for 5 minutes then stir in the cream.
- The Finish Place koftas in the sauce and garnish with a drizzle of cream and coriander.
