(Our Play on Paneer Paratha)

- 250g Whole wheat flour (Atta)
- 150ml Water
- 200g Paneer (grated)
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
Cooking Method
- The Mix Combine paneer, onion, and spices; add a tiny splash of water to form a sticky mix.
- The Shape Stuff a ball of dough with the paneer mix; roll out to 0.5cm thick.
- The Scorch Fry in a hot pan with a brush of ghee until charred brown spots appear.
- The Final Flourish Serve hot with a dollop of butter.
