- 400g Paneer (cubed)
- 200g Tomato passata
- 100ml Double cream
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté pureed onions until pale golden.
- The Bloom Add spices and a splash of water to form a fragrant, light-colored paste.
- The Swell Add passata; simmer for 5 minutes then stir in cream and honey.
- The Marriage Add paneer; simmer for 3 minutes until soft and coated.
