  • 400g Paneer (cubed)
  • 200g Tomato passata
  • 100ml Double cream
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Sauté pureed onions until pale golden.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and a splash of water to form a fragrant, light-colored paste.
  3. The Swell Add passata; simmer for 5 minutes then stir in cream and honey.
  4. The Marriage Add paneer; simmer for 3 minutes until soft and coated.
