  • 250g Self-raising flour
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 150g Paneer (grated)
  • 1 small red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Mix paneer, onion, and spices with a tiny splash of water to form a sticky filling.
  2. The Shape Knead flour and yogurt into a dough. Divide into balls, stuff with paneer, and roll to 0.5cm thick.
  3. The Scorch Fry in a hot, dry pan until bubbles form; brush with ghee and flip.
  4. The Char Cook for 1 minute per side until charred brown spots appear.
  5. The Final Flourish Serve hot with a dollop of butter and a hit of fresh coriander.
