- 250g Self-raising flour
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 150g Paneer (grated)
- 1 small red onion (finely diced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Cooking Method
- The Build Mix paneer, onion, and spices with a tiny splash of water to form a sticky filling.
- The Shape Knead flour and yogurt into a dough. Divide into balls, stuff with paneer, and roll to 0.5cm thick.
- The Scorch Fry in a hot, dry pan until bubbles form; brush with ghee and flip.
- The Char Cook for 1 minute per side until charred brown spots appear.
- The Final Flourish Serve hot with a dollop of butter and a hit of fresh coriander.
