(Our Play on Authentic Gazpacho)

Ingredients
- 1kg Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 Red onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 slice Stale bread
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Sherry vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Build Roughly chop all vegetables and the bread; place in a large bowl.
- The Bloom Whisk vinegar, oil, and spices with a 20ml splash of water; pour over the veg. The acid will prime the spices.
- The Swell Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the red nectar.
- The Silk Merge Blitz in a high-speed blender until it turns into a completely smooth, velvety mist.
- The Final Flourish Chill for 2 hours; serve ice-cold with a drizzle of raw olive oil and diced cucumber.
