Ingredients: 1kg Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Cucumber, 1 Green pepper, 1 Red onion, 2 cloves Garlic, 1 slice Stale bread, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Black pepper, 100ml Extra virgin olive oil...

Ingredients

  • 1kg Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 slice Stale bread
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Sherry vinegar

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Roughly chop all vegetables and the bread; place in a large bowl.
  2. The Bloom Whisk vinegar, oil, and spices with a 20ml splash of water; pour over the veg. The acid will prime the spices.
  3. The Swell Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the red nectar.
  4. The Silk Merge Blitz in a high-speed blender until it turns into a completely smooth, velvety mist.
  5. The Final Flourish Chill for 2 hours; serve ice-cold with a drizzle of raw olive oil and diced cucumber.
