- 400ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 Green chilies (slit)
- 1 Lemongrass stalk (bruised)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté diced onions and lemongrass until fragrant.
- The Bloom Add turmeric, ginger, and garlic with a splash of water; fry until vibrant yellow.
- The Swell Add coconut milk; simmer for 5 minutes.
- The Marriage Gently place fish in the sauce; cook for 6 minutes until opaque.
