Ingredients
- 150g Carolino rice
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 400ml Whole milk
- 100g Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Method
- The Swell Boil rice in water for 10 minutes; drain.
- The Bloom Heat both milks with cinnamon and cardamom; the heat will release the golden oils.
- The Simmer Add rice and sugar; cook until it forms a thick, creamy cloud.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw toasted coconut and raw crushed pistachios.
